Where does the money go?
We are happy to report that all funds donated previously in Kaitlyn's honour are going towards a NEW Case Navigator position to assist individuals who are being released from the hospital. The role assists individuals as they transition from hospital to the community. A crucial service that wasn't there for Kaitlyn.
The Kaitlyn Roth Memorial Foundation is looking for more opportunities like this to support our community and country in order to make it better for all. The Foundation's goal is to provide support to registered Charities that demonstrate a wraparound approach to mental health services (case navigators, multi-discipline teams, home based services and clinics) and who will provide expedited services decreasing wait times for care. Our goal is to raise $1 Million dollars so the Kaitlyn Memorial Foundation can give to this community for generations to come. We look forward to partnering with you in achieving this goal!
